Our Legacy

Talam Transform Berhad's story stretches back to the British colonial era, when the company began as TALAM Mines. It was later renamed TALAM Corporation Berhad, before transforming into Talam Transform Berhad (TTB) on 15 October 1990, through a reverse takeover driven by our founder, the late Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Ir Chan Ah Chye @ Chan Chong Yoon.

Over the decades since, that transformation has continued through the townships, commercial hubs, and community partnerships the Group has built — a legacy measured not only in developments completed, but in the communities that continue to grow around them.
