More importantly, it strengthened regional connectivity, providing more efficient travel routes for neighbouring communities and motorists travelling through the wider Serdang corridor.
As the township grew, Talam Transform Berhad continued to fulfil its commitments by completing its development phases within the stipulated timeframe and progressively issuing individual land titles to homeowners. These milestones gave residents the confidence and certainty that their investment was supported by a developer committed to delivering on its promises.
