This historical site plan of Bandar Pandan Triangle represents more than a development blueprint. It reflects a vision to create integrated townships where people could live, work and build their futures.

That vision was led by Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Ir. Chan Ah Chye, whose contribution to Malaysia’s property and construction industry was recognised in 1998, when he was awarded FIABCI Malaysia’s “Property Man of the Year”. The honour reflected his leadership and achievements during a transformative period in Malaysian property development.

Today, Bandar Pandan Triangle stands as part of that legacy. What began as a plan on paper has evolved into an established community that continues to serve generations of residents.
