Lestari Putra: From Lestari Puchong to Today

Before it became known as Lestari Putra, the development was originally sold as Lestari Puchong.

The name was subsequently changed to Lestari Putra by the local council, but its earlier name remains part of the development’s history. Records covering average developer selling prices from 2001 to 2005 show a residential mix centred on landed homes, together with two-storey shop offices.

The homes included double-storey terrace houses in several configurations: 18’ x 60’, 18’ x 65’, 20’ x 65’, 20’ x 70’ and 22’ x 70’, as well as 20’ x 70’ single-storey terrace houses.

During the 2001–2005 period, the recorded average developer selling prices ranged from RM139,900 for a 20’ x 70’ single-storey terrace house to RM189,900 for a 22’ x 70’ double-storey terrace house. The development also included two-storey shop offices, with a recorded average developer selling price of RM338,900.
