More than two decades after its initial development, Taman Saujana Damansara today presents a very different picture from its early years.
First launched in 2001, the township has had time to move beyond its original development phase. Homes have been occupied, commercial activity has developed and a range of everyday amenities is now available within Saujana Damansara and its surrounding vicinity.

The figures show a considerable difference between the original developer selling prices from 2001 to 2003 and the current average market prices recorded in the comparison.
But the development of a township is not reflected by property prices alone.
Today, residents have access to a broad mix of commercial and everyday services within Taman Saujana Damansara and the surrounding Damansara Damai area. These include local Malay, Chinese and mamak restaurants, cafés, MIXUE, ZUS Coffee, Pizza Hut and KFC, as well as convenience and grocery options such as KK Super Mart, 99 Speedmart, Hero Market, Econsave Damansara Damai and FamilyMart.
The area also has clinics, pharmacies, laundry services, car washes, hair salons and barbershops, small offices and banking facilities. Educational facilities in the vicinity include ASIA College Damansara Damai as well as primary and secondary schools. A Shell station is also located in Damansara Damai.
This is what more than two decades of township development can look like.
Saujana Damansara began as a planned residential and commercial development. Today, it is an established neighbourhood supported by the businesses, services and facilities that have grown around its residential community.
