Recently, employees from across the Group participated in a two-day Executive HIRARC Training Programme, conducted by Pertubuhan Ikatan Komuniti Selamat (Alliance for a Safe Community). The programme focused on the practical application of HIRARC — Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control — in line with the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022.
Designed for management, project teams and operational personnel, the training provided participants with a structured approach to identifying workplace hazards, evaluating risks and implementing appropriate control measures before incidents occur.
